Terms & Conditions - $988 & $1888 HK · Family Love Photography Package

– The “$988 & $1888 HK · Family Love Photography Package” is valid from 7 May 2026 to 6 May 2027. Expired vouchers will be void.
– Each family is limited to one package, and family members cannot be repeated. If there are overlapping family members, each person will be charged an additional HK$300 to participate in the shoot again.
– This package is only available to customers who have not used any SENS vouchers, group-buy coupons, or other promotional packages within the past 6 months (calculated from the photo selection date).
– This package is only applicable for family, baby (6 months and above), children, and pet themes (pet theme is only available at the Taikoo and Tsuen Wan branches). Other themes may be enquired with staff.
– An additional HK$500 is required for newborn, graduation (including K3/Primary School graduation gowns), and maternity (including 2 maternity dress sets) themes.
– If a pet participates in the shoot, an additional HK$300 cleaning fee applies.
This package is applicable at the Kwun Tong and Taikoo branches only, and is not applicable at the Mong Kok branch.
– This package is not applicable for wedding, couple, husband & wife, friends, or solo themes.
After purchasing the package online, customers may use the “VIP Coupon & Security Code” from the email receipt to call any branch for an appointment.
– Due to limited shooting slots, appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers are advised to book by phone as soon as possible after purchase.
– Once the appointment date and time is confirmed, no changes are allowed. If a change is required, an additional HK$300 administrative fee will be charged. This fee may be waived upon presentation of a child’s sick leave certificate.
– If the number of participants exceeds the package limit, each additional person will be charged HK$300. Pets also count as one family member.
– Professional makeup and hairstyling for each additional person requires an extra HK$500 (must be booked at least 7 days in advance).
– The package cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
– Once the package is purchased and confirmed, the customer is deemed to have fully understood and agreed to the terms and conditions. No refunds will be issued.
– In case of any disputes, SENS Studio reserves the right of final decision.
