1st Birthday Photoshoot Package

Terms and Conditions

• The SENS “Birthday Photoshoot Package” is valid for 1 year; expired packages will be void.
• Each family may only purchase one promotional package, and family members cannot be repeated across multiple packages.
• This package is only applicable to customers who have not used any SENS gift certificates, coupons, or purchased any promotional packages in the past 6 months (calculated from the photo selection date).
• This package is available at the Kwun Tong and Tai Koo studios, and is not available at the Mong Kok studio.
• This package is only applicable to family-themed photography, including parents, infants aged 6 months or above, children, and pets.
• If you require a newborn theme (including natural-light shooting and special accessories), a graduation theme (including N Class or K3 graduation gown), or a maternity theme (including 2 maternity dresses), you may add HK$500 for the shoot.
• This voucher is not applicable to wedding, couple, friends, or solo portrait themes.
• If pets join the shoot, an additional $300 cleaning fee applies.
• After purchasing the package online, please call our branches to make an appointment using the “VIP Coupon & Security Code” found on your email invoice.
• Due to limited availability, customers are advised to make an appointment by phone as soon as possible after purchase. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once the appointment date and time are confirmed, changes are not allowed; otherwise, an administrative fee of HK$300 will be charged. A child’s medical certificate can waive the fee.
• If the number of participants exceeds the package limit, an additional HK$300 will be charged per person (pets are counted as family members). An additional HK$500 will be charged for each graduate.
• If professional makeup and hairstyling are required, add HK$500 per person (must be booked at least 7 days in advance).
• Once purchased and confirmed, photography packages are non-refundable.
• In case of any dispute, SENS Studio reserves the right of final decision.
