Client from outside: Client can contact our art consultant (Tel: 3188 1886 / Email: info@sensstudio.com.hk) and make arrangements. We will arrange a viewing session or provide the best professional recommendations for you.
- The production lead-time is normally around 90 days from the order confirmation date.
- Goods once sold are not changeable and refundable.
- Clients are recommended to collect products within 45 days of receiving notification.
- All SENS products are packaged to a satisfactory standard and kept safely for a 30-day validity period. SENS Studio shall not be responsible for any loss or damage exceeding this period.
