- Frame and Album service: Existing client: Client can select the photo in the viewing session. Client from outside: Client can contact our art consultant (Tel: 3188 1886 / Email: info@sensstudio.com.hk) and take the arrangement. We will arrange a viewing session or provide the best and professional recommendations for you.
- The production lead-time normally should be around 90-day against the confirmation date of the order.
- Goods once sold are not changeable and refundable.
- Client is recommended to collect the products within 45-day upon receipt of the notification.
- All of the SENS Products are packaged to a satisfactory standard and kept in a safe manner for 30-day validity, SENS Studio shall not be responsible to recover any loss or damages exceed the validity period.
- SENS Studio retains the rights of modification and implementation for all regulations and preferential terms.
