Terms and Conditions

• SENS’ “High School/University/Master’s/Doctoral Graduation Photography Package” has a limited validity period and will be invalid after the expiration date.
• Each family can only purchase one discounted package, and family members cannot purchase the same package.
• This package is only applicable to customers who have not used SENS vouchers, coupons, or purchased any special packages in the past 6 months (calculated from the date of photo selection).
• This package is applicable to the Kwun Tong and Taikoo branches, but not to the Mong Kok branch.
• After purchasing a package online, you can call any branch to make a reservation using the “VIP Coupon & Security Code” on your email bill.
• Due to limited shooting schedules, it is recommended that clients make an appointment by phone at least two weeks in advance.
• Once the appointment date and time are confirmed, they cannot be changed; otherwise, an administrative fee of HK$300 will be charged. This fee can be waived if a child presents a sick leave certificate.
• If the number of people exceeds the package limit, an additional HK$300 will be charged per family (pets are also counted as family members), and an additional HK$500 will be charged per graduate.
• If pets join the shoot, an additional $300 cleaning fee applies.
• For additional professional makeup and hairstyling services, the price is HK$500 per person (by appointment only).
• Once a photography package is purchased and confirmed, it is non-refundable.
• In case of any dispute, SENS Studio reserves the right of final decision.
