Terms and Conditions

• The SENS “K3 / Primary School Graduation Photography Package” is valid for a limited period only and will expire upon the due date.
• Each family may only purchase one package, and family members cannot be shared across packages.
• This package is only available to customers who have not used any SENS vouchers, coupons, or purchased any promotional packages within the past 6 months (calculated from the date of photo selection).
• This package is available at Kwun Tong and Taikoo branches only, and is not applicable at the Mong Kok branch.
• After purchasing the package online, please call your preferred branch to make a booking using the “VIP Coupon & Security Code” found in your email receipt.
• As shooting slots are limited, customers are advised to make a phone reservation at least two weeks in advance.
• Once the appointment date and time are confirmed, no changes will be permitted. A HK$300 administrative fee will be charged for any amendments, which may be waived upon presentation of a child’s medical sick leave certificate.
• For groups exceeding the included number of participants, an additional HK$300 per extra family member applies (pets are counted as one family member), and an additional HK$500 per extra graduating child applies.
• An additional HK$300 cleaning fee will be charged if pets participate in the shoot.
• Professional makeup and hairstyling services are available at an additional HK$500 per person (advance booking required).
• All photography packages are non-refundable once purchased and confirmed.
• In case of any disputes, SENS Studio reserves the right of final decision.
