- Frame and Album service: Existing clients: You may select the photo during the viewing session. External clients: Please contact our art consultant (Tel: 3188 1886 / Email: info@sensstudio.com.hk) to make arrangements. We will arrange a viewing session or provide the best professional recommendations for you.
- Production lead time is normally around 90 days from the order confirmation date.
- Goods once sold are not changeable and refundable.
- You are recommended to collect the products within 45 days upon receiving the notification.
- All SENS products are packaged to a satisfactory standard and kept safely for a 30-day validity period. SENS Studio shall not be responsible for recovering any loss or damage beyond the validity period.
- SENS Studio retains the rights of modification and implementation for all regulations and preferential terms.
