It’s Summer Time! Family Photography Package

Terms and Conditions

– The SENS “It’s Summer Time Family Photography Package” is valid for one year from the date of purchase, with a final expiry date of 30 May 2027. The package will be forfeited if not used by the expiry date.
– Each family may purchase one package only. Family members cannot share or reuse the same package.
– This package is only applicable to customers who have not used any SENS gift vouchers, discount coupons, or purchased any promotional packages within the past 6 months (calculated from the date of redemption).
– This package is available at the Kwun Tong and Tai Koo branches only. Not applicable at the Mong Kok branch.
– After completing your online purchase, you may email the “VIP Coupon & Security Code” found in your account to your preferred branch to make a booking.
– As shooting slots are limited, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
– Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be changed. A HK$300 administrative fee will be charged for any amendments (waived upon presentation of a child’s sick note).
– If the number of participants exceeds the package limit, an additional HK$300 will be charged per extra family member (pets are counted as one person), and HK$500 per graduating student.
– Professional hair and makeup services are available at an additional HK$500 per person (advance booking required).
– Photography packages are non-refundable once purchased and confirmed.
– In case of any disputes, SENS Studio reserves the right of final decision.
