Outdoor Family Photography Package

Terms and Conditions

• The SENS “Outdoor Family Photography Package” is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Each family may only purchase one promotional package, and family members cannot be repeated across multiple packages.

• This package is only applicable to customers who have not used any SENS gift certificates, coupons, or purchased any promotional packages in the past 6 months (calculated from the photo selection date).

• This package is only applicable to family-themed photography, including parents, infants aged 6 months or above, children, and pets.

• An additional HK$500 is required for newborn, graduation, or maternity themes.

• This voucher is not applicable to wedding, couple, friends, or solo portrait themes.

• After purchasing the package online, please call our branches to make an appointment using the “VIP Coupon & Security Code” found on your email invoice.

• Due to limited availability, customers are advised to make an appointment by phone as soon as possible after purchase. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Once confirmed, the appointment date and time cannot be changed; otherwise, an administrative fee of HK$300 will be charged. If a change is necessary due to illness, the fee will be waived upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.

• If the number of participants exceeds the package limit, an additional HK$300 will be charged per person (pets are counted as family members). An additional HK$500 will be charged for each graduate.

• Once purchased and confirmed, photography packages are non-refundable.

• In case of any dispute, SENS Studio reserves the right of final decision.
