Terms and Conditions

Registration Information

• Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to receipt of confirmation email) until full.
• The registration deadline is 3 working days before the start of each class.
• Once registration is complete, purchased classes cannot be canceled, and fees paid are non-refundable.
• Reservations without payment will not be accepted.
• Each workshop has age restrictions; participants must meet the minimum age requirement.

Class Terms

• Students must arrive 10 minutes before class and present the confirmation email to staff.
• Video recording is prohibited during class. SENS Studio reserves the right to delete files or terminate instruction if discovered.
• Only students are permitted to enter the classroom during the session.
• Absence without notice will be considered a voluntary waiver; no make-up classes or refunds will be provided.
• Age limits for different workshops are determined by course requirements.
• Students are liable for any damage to SENS Studio equipment or facilities caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions.
• Students are responsible for their personal belongings. SENS Studio is not liable for any damage or loss of property.
• SENS Studio reserves the right to photograph or film the workshop for promotional or internal training purposes without further notice.
• For safety, students must follow the instructor’s directions at all times. SENS Studio reserves the right to dismiss any student who disrupts the workshop, behaves inappropriately, or endangers others, without refund.

Class Changes

• SENS Studio reserves the right to cancel classes if the minimum enrollment is not met. Students will be notified via email or phone 48 hours in advance and may transfer to another session.
• Once confirmed, registrations cannot be changed, or SENS Studio may charge a HK$300 administrative fee. Rescheduling is permitted for unstable weather. For illness, a medical certificate is required for rescheduling; otherwise, it is considered a waiver.
• No fee is charged for rescheduling due to illness on the day of the event, subject to availability and limited to one change.
• A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once a rescheduling request is approved.
• SENS Studio reserves the right of final decision if rescheduling conditions are not met.

Liability

SENS Studio shall not be held liable for the following:

• Any loss, property damage, or personal injury occurring during class or caused by inappropriate behavior.
• Any indirect losses.
• Any loss caused by events beyond the reasonable control of SENS Studio.

Inclement Weather Arrangements

• If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during class, the session will be suspended. Rescheduling will be at the final discretion of SENS Studio.
• Classes will be rescheduled if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. If the signal is lowered to No. 3 or the warning is canceled 4 hours before class, it will proceed as scheduled.

General Terms Conditions

SENS Studio reserves all the following rights:

• The right to change class times, content, and instructors.
• The right to select or change equipment used in class without notice.

• • The right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. In case of dispute, SENS Studio reserves the right of final decision.
