Terms and Conditions

– This package has a limited validity period and will expire thereafter.
– Each household may only purchase one promotional package, and participants cannot be repeated.
– This package is only applicable to customers who have not used SENS gift certificates, coupons, or purchased any promotional packages in the past 6 months (calculated from the photo selection date).
– After purchasing the package online, please call our branches for an appointment using the “VIP Coupon Security Code” on your email invoice.
– Due to limited availability, we recommend making a phone reservation at least two weeks in advance.
– Once the appointment date and time are confirmed, no changes are allowed; otherwise, an administrative fee of HK$300 will be charged. This fee is waived upon presentation of a child’s medical certificate.
– If the number of participants exceeds the package limit, an additional HK$1,000 per person will be charged (pets are also counted as family members).
– Professional makeup and hairstyling services can be added for HK$500 per person (appointment required).
– Once purchased and confirmed, photography packages are non-refundable.
– In case of any dispute, SENS Studio reserves the right of final decision.
