Terms & Conditions

• This Package is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expired packages will not be honoured.
• Each family may purchase one promotional package only; family members may not make repeat use of this offer.
• This package is available only to customers who have not used any SENS gift voucher or coupon, or purchased any promotional package, within the past 6 months (counted from the photo selection date).
• This package is applicable at the Kwun Tong and Taikoo branches only, and is not applicable at the Mong Kok branch.
• A public holiday surcharge of HK$380 applies.
• This package does not include shooting with physical set themes (SENS Theme).
• Upon completion of online purchase, please call the branch to make a booking with the “VIP Coupon & Security Code” shown on your email receipt.
• As shooting slots are limited, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks before your preferred shooting date.
• Once confirmed, bookings cannot be changed. Any change is subject to an administrative fee of HK$300 (waived upon presentation of a child’s medical certificate).
• If the number of participants exceeds the package limit, an additional HK$300 applies per extra family member (each pet counts as one member).
• The pet venue cleaning fee is waived with the purchase of this package.
• Professional makeup and hairstyling services are available at HK$500 per person (advance booking required).
• All photography packages are non-refundable once purchased and confirmed.
• In case of any dispute, SENS Studio reserves the right of final decision.
