Terms and Conditions (English version only)

  • Frame and Album service: Existing clients: You may select photos during the viewing session. External clients: Please contact our art consultant (Tel: 3188 1886 / Email: info@sensstudio.com.hk) to make arrangements. We will arrange a viewing session or provide the best professional recommendations for you.
  • Production lead time is normally around 90 days from the order confirmation date.
  • Goods once sold are not changeable and refundable.
  • You are advised to collect the products within 45 days upon receiving the notification.
  • All SENS products are packaged to a satisfactory standard and kept safely for a validity period of 30 days. SENS Studio shall not be responsible for recovering any loss or damage beyond the validity period.
  • SENS Studio retains the rights of modification and implementation for all regulations and preferential terms.
