Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions – Please read the following carefully

• I fully understand that before participating in any yoga/fitness photography program, I should first consult a medical professional; I am also responsible for making the correct judgment and decision as to whether I am suitable for any yoga/fitness poses, and I assume all risks.
• Where applicable, I understand and agree to share any important information with SENS STUDIO, such as medical-related reports and letters, and assessments by instructors, doctors, and/or therapists, to help determine a photography plan suitable for me.
• As the subject, I understand and agree to adjust poses and movements according to my physical capacity to avoid injury caused by physical strain. I also understand that all subjects may choose to skip or end the shooting of any pose early.
• I understand that all movements and poses during the photoshoot are voluntary, and I agree to exercise wise and reasonable caution when performing any yoga/fitness movements under any circumstances.

Booking Related

* Customers should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled session for registration and changing. If the shooting time is shortened due to late arrival, no makeup time will be provided.

* If a customer has not arrived 15 minutes after the session starts, the appointment will be considered canceled and forfeited; no makeup time will be provided.

* Once payment is made and confirmed, the photography plan cannot be changed; otherwise, SENS Studio reserves the right to charge an HK$300 administrative fee. In case of unstable factors such as weather, customers may reschedule. If a customer cannot attend due to illness or injury on the day, please provide a medical certificate or relevant proof to arrange a reschedule; otherwise, it will be considered a forfeiture and no makeup time will be provided.

* No additional handling fee will be charged for rescheduling due to illness or injury on the day of the shoot, but it can only be changed once.

* Once the application for rescheduling is approved, customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS.

* SENS Studio reserves the right of final decision if the conditions for rescheduling are not met.

Liability

SENS Studio shall not be held liable for the following:

* Any loss, property damage, personal injury, or indirect loss occurring during the shoot or caused by the improper conduct of any person during the shoot.

* Any loss caused by events beyond the reasonable control of SENS Studio.

Inclement Weather Arrangements

* If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during the shoot, the ongoing photography plan will be suspended. The day’s appointments will be rescheduled at the final discretion of SENS Studio.

* If the Observatory issues a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning, the day’s photography plans will be rescheduled. If the signal is lowered to No. 3 or below or the Black Rainstorm Warning is canceled 4 hours before the scheduled start, the shoot will proceed as usual without further notice.

General Terms Conditions

SENS Studio reserves all the following rights:

* The right to change the shooting time and photographer.

* The right to select or change all equipment used during the shoot without notice.

* The right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, SENS Studio reserves the right of final decision.

Once payment is made and the photography plan is confirmed, it is deemed that the customer agrees to and accepts the above terms and conditions.
