”Best Mum Ever” Family Photography Package

Terms & Conditions

• The “Best Mum Ever” family photography package is valid until December 31, 2025. Unused packages will be void after expiration.
• Each family can only purchase one “Best Mum Ever” family photography package. Family members cannot be duplicated across multiple packages.
• This “Best Mum Ever” family photography package is only available to customers who have not used any SENS gift vouchers, coupons, or purchased any promotional packages within the past 6 months (calculated from the photo selection date).
• This package is available at Kwun Tong and Taikoo branches only, and is not applicable at the Mong Kok branch.
• This package is only suitable for family photo themes, including parents, babies aged 6 months or older, children, and pets as family members.
• For newborn theme shoots (including natural light photography and special accessories), graduation themes (including Nursery or K3 graduation gowns), and maternity themes (including 2 maternity dresses), an additional HK$500 will be charged.
• This voucher is not applicable for wedding, couple, married couple, friends, or solo portrait themes.
• A HK$300 cleaning fee will be charged if pets participate in the photoshoot.
• After purchasing the package online, customers can call any branch to make a reservation using the “VIP Coupon & Security Code” from the email receipt.
• Due to limited photoshoot slots, customers are advised to make phone reservations as soon as possible after purchasing the package. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once the reservation date and time are confirmed, no changes are allowed. Otherwise, a HK$300 administrative fee will be charged, which can be waived upon presentation of a child′s sick leave certificate.
• Professional makeup and hairstyling services are available for an additional HK$500 per member (reservation required).Pets also count as one family member.
• Once the photography package is purchased and confirmed, no refunds will be issued.
• SENS Studio reserves the final interpretation right in case of any disputes.
