Terms & Conditions
• The promotion period of this package is until September 30, 2023.
• Family members cannot be duplicated.
• This package is only applicable to customers who have not used any SENS coupons, vouchers, or purchased any promotional packages within the past 6 months (calculated from the photo selection date).
• This package is applicable to SENS studios in Kwun Tong, Tai Koo, and Tsuen Wan, and is not applicable to the Mong Kok store.
• After purchasing the online package, please contact us at 3188 1886 to make a reservation and provide the “VIP Coupon & Security Code” that can be found in the email invoice.
• Please make a phone reservation at least two weeks before the shooting date.
• Once the reservation date and time are confirmed, changes cannot be made. Otherwise, an administrative fee of HK$300 will be charged. Exceptions can be made with the submission of a sick leave note for children.
• If the number of people with a family package exceeds the limit, an additional HK$300 will be charged for each person (pets will be counted as one family member). An additional HK$500 will be charged for each graduate.
• If pets are involved in the shoot, an additional cleaning fee of $300 will be charged.
• If customers require additional professional makeup and hairstyle services, it will be charged at HK$500 per person (reservations required).
• Once the photography package is purchased and confirmed, it is non-refundable.
• In case of any disputes, SENS Studio reserves the right to make the final decision.
