Terms & Conditions
The “Shining Christmas” family photography package is valid until December 31, 2025.
Each family can only purchase once. Duplicate family members cannot be included. If duplicate family members are present, each member will be charged an additional fee HK$300.
This package is only available to customers who have not used SENS gift vouchers or other promotional packages within the past six months (calculation from the date of photo selection).
This package is only valid for family photo shooting, including parents, infants 6 months or older, children, and pets.
Newborn photo shooting (including natural lighting and special accessories), graduation photo shooting (including Pre-Nursery class or K3 graduation gowns), and maternity photo shooting (including two maternity dresses) can be taken for an extra HK$500.
This package is not valid for weddings, couples, groups of friends, or professional portrait shooting.
An HK$300 additional fee will be charged for each pet which is included in the photo shooting.
If the number of guests exceeds the limit of the package, an additional HK$300 will be charged per person. The maximum number of members for each package is 10. Pets are also counted as family members.
Due to limited photography availability, customers are advised to make reservations by phone as soon as possible after purchasing the package. Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
After purchasing the package online, you can call any branch to make a reservation by presenting the “VIP Coupon & Security Code” on your email invoice.
Once the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Otherwise, a HK$300 administration fee will be charged. This fee can be waived upon presentation of a sick leave certificate or other proof.
Once the photography package is purchased and confirmed, it is non-refundable.
If there is any dispute, SENS STUDIO LIMITED reserves the right to the final decision.
