Terms & Conditions
Please read the following carefully:

• I understand that I should consult a medical professional before participating in any yoga/fitness photography program. I am responsible for making my own judgment and decision regarding my suitability for any yoga/fitness poses, and I do so at my own risk.
• Where relevant, I understand and agree to share with SENS STUDIO any important information, such as medical reports and correspondence, and assessments from teachers, doctors, and/or therapists, to assist in determining a suitable photography plan for me.
• As a client, I understand and agree to adjust my poses and movements according to my physical tolerance to avoid injury caused by physical strain. I also understand that all clients have the option to skip or end any poses early.
• I understand that all movements and poses during the photography process are voluntary, and I agree to exercise reasonable caution when performing yoga/fitness poses under all circumstances.
• Pregnancy: I understand that I must inform SENS Studio if I am pregnant. I will bear all risks during the shooting myself, and I know that if I feel any discomfort during the shooting, I must immediately stop shooting and seek help. My family and I agree to waive our right to pursue or claim compensation from SENS Studio.

Booking Information

* Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of your shooting session to register and change clothes. If your shooting session is shortened due to lateness, no credit will be given for the shortened session.
* If you have not arrived 15 minutes after the start of your shooting session, your appointment will be deemed canceled, and you will forfeit your session. No credit will be given for the scheduled session.
* Once payment is made and confirmed, the shooting session cannot be changed. Otherwise, SENS Studio reserves the right to charge a HK$300 administration fee. If weather conditions affect your shooting session, you may reschedule your session. If you are unable to attend the session due to illness or injury, please provide a doctor’s note or other relevant documentation. Rescheduling may be arranged. Otherwise, your session will be forfeited, and no credit will be given for the scheduled session.
* Rescheduling your photo session due to illness or injury on the day of your shooting session is free of charge, but you may only reschedule once.
* Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
* SENS Studio reserves the right to make the final decision if the conditions for rescheduling the shooting time are not met.

Responsibility

SENS Studio assumes no responsibility for the following:
* Any loss, damage to property, personal injury, or any consequential loss arising during or resulting from the misconduct of any person during the shooting.
* Any loss caused by events beyond the reasonable control of SENS Studio.

Inclement Weather Arrangements

* If Typhoon Warning No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during the shooting period, any shooting schedule that has already commenced will be suspended. Reservations for that day will be rescheduled, with the final decision made by SENS Studio.
* If Typhoon Warning No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, shooting schedules for that day will be rescheduled. If Typhoon Warning No. 3 or below is issued, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled 4 hours before the scheduled shooting time, the shooting will proceed as scheduled without further notice.

General Terms and Conditions

SENS Studio reserves the right to:
* Change the shooting session schedule and photographer.
* Select or change all equipment used during the shooting session without prior notice.
* These terms and conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, SENS Studio reserves the right to the final decision.

Payment and confirmation of the above shooting session constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
